• Q      How do I enquire further about an AJS service?

  The quickest and easiest method would be to phone our offices during working hours. You can however use e-mail via our contact page.

• Q      How do I obtain a quotation for a support service?

  A

  Contacting our offices during normal opening hours, or completing a support request form. This can be downloaded/printed here.

• Q      How do I provide feedback for previous services provided by AJS?

  A

  AJS are always looking to improve the services provided to our customers. We always welcome feedback of any kind either verbally or in writing using our feedback form here.

• Q      Is the new Kestrel UAV noisy?

  A

  The remote aerial imagery vehicle is powered by brushless motors and has little noise impact for immediate vicinity of flying site.

• Q      What clearances do employees hold?

  A

  Our team are either UK Government Security Cleared or hold a Criminal Records Bureau certificate.

• Q      What effect does the UAV have on surrounding areas?

  A

  Very little effect. The UAV lightweight and electrically powered. It also only requires a small take off and landing footprint.

• Q      What has changed since the use of the MD4-200 microdrone UAV system?

  A

  Mainly the availability of the service. We can now provide a better availability and improvements in image quality.

• Q      What has changed with the service since replacing the previous microdrone MD4-200 system?

  A

  The system has become more reliable and robust with the new system able to take off in higher wind speeds and can carry higher specification imagery equipment.
