Our approach to your assignment

Step 1: Initial Request for Imagery Support

Initial Request for Imagery Support

A potential customer can either contact us direct by phone, fax or email using the details provided on the Contact page of this site. Alternatively if you are able to view pdf format documents then you can complete a Support Request Form provided on our Information page of this site.

Step 2: Initial Contact

Initial Contact

Prior to us arriving on site, we will require some basic information. eg aims, planning dates, site access and obvious flight hazards. (As per the Support Request Form above)

The Remote Imaging Support System is an advanced robust air vehicle, which is designed to fly in most weather conditions. Often, the nature of an assignment may require specific weather and light conditions eg Marketing Imagery. In similar cases we will need to arrange a date to carry out the assignment, and also agree a window either side of the date, in order to allow for weather.

All of this is entirely flexible to suit the customer. Regular customers can set up Standard Operating Procedures which will allow us to immediately support them on site. Please give us a call to discuss your requirements.

Step 3: The Assignment On Site

The Assignment On Site

On arrival at an assignment location we will check the location to ensure it is a safe location to operate our drone.

The operator prepares the equipment and carries out pre-flight checks.

If the assignment is not a pre agreed procedure the operator will then plan a flight path and discuss customer requirements.

Once all the safety checks are complete, and the flight path is planned, the operator will commence flying.

If the customer wishes they can observe downlink video to advise the pilot of preferred viewpoints during the flight. Providing it is safe to do so, the operator can make adjustments to incorporate the customers requests.

At the end of the assignments flying we will review all the collected imagery on site. We will then make sure you are happy with the a delivered end product before we leave and close the assignment.

Once you're satisfied we pack up, give you the photos on a CD and the job is complete.

An average time to complete such a photo shoot should take no more than 2 hours to complete.
