Once a commercial Drone operator is operational, it is essential for them to ensure that the operation remains safe and efficient for a company to continue to deliver quality outputs to its customers. It is essential that key areas of the operation are monitored and managed:

– Pilot Remains current and continues to strictly follow mandated procedures

– Drone Remains safe and serviceable. Regular maintenance and updated to OEM latest firmware and software

– Processes – Continuously improve operating procedures. Ensure alignment with current legislation and UK CAA policy and guidance

– Safety Manage safety and continually review incidents and Safety procedures

OUR SUPPORT TO DRONE BUYERS

Although we are happy to assist in all areas of Drone operation, we have described some common areas below:

– IS Package 1 – Independent Pilot Assessment – We will carry out independent pilot reviews against the UK CAA assessment criteria, reporting back to the Pilot and the Company’s Accountable Manager. More Information.

– IS Package 2 – Independent Operating Procedures Review – We will carry out an independent review of operating procedures against current UK CAA policy and guidance and provide a confidential report including recommendations to the company’s Accountable Manager.

– IS Package 3 – Scheduled Maintenance Support – We will carry out scheduled maintenance aligned to the company’s own maintenance schedule. We can do this as a contracted service or during periods when companies are under resourced in peak periods.

– IS Package 4 – Rectification Maintenance Support – We will carry out rectification maintenance aligned to the company’s own maintenance schedule. We can do this as a contracted service or during periods when companies are under resourced in peak periods.

– IS Package 5 – Updates Support – We will carry out firmware and software updates aligned to the company’s own maintenance schedule. We can do this as a contracted service or during periods when companies are under resourced in peak periods.

– IS Package 6 – Fault Diagnosis Support – We will carry out fault diagnosis with the company as a second pair of eyes, aligned to the company’s own maintenance schedule. We can do this as a contracted service or during periods when companies are under resourced in peak periods.
